Why is "Move to Dropbox" grayed out?

There are a few reasons why the button may be grayed out:

  1. Dropbox is not installed or running, ensure that it is running and all files have been synced first before trying again
  2. There might be another 1Password.agilekeychain folder inside Dropbox. If you already configured 1Password to use Dropbox elsewhere, then tell 1Password to use that data file

Note: Wait for Dropbox to finish its sync before continuing on to your other computers and mobile devices. There’ll be a green checkmark when it is done.
